Registration fee includes:
- Admission to the Scientific Programme
- Admission to the Industry Satellite Symposium of the main Sponsor
- Bag containing congress material & badge for the event
- Coffee Breaks, Lunch Snack and Dinner (Tuesday to Saturday)
Terms and conditions
Payment should preferably be made by bank transfer. When paying by bank transfer, bank charges are the sender’s responsibility. The invoice number must be used as reference. Bank transfer payments are only possible before 15 October 2019.
Name changes are not possible.
Cancellation must be sent in writing to go@travelfactory.bg
No refund on cancellations received after confirmation.
The congress name badge must be worn at all times during the Annual Meeting. Access to the congress centre will not be granted without the official name badge.
As soon as full payment of the registration fee is received, you will receive a confirmation email which enables you to collect your congress material onsite.
